1. Work on one to one basis with customers on apartment bookings, up to possession and hand over
2. He must have thorough knowledge about RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority-Karnataka).
3. He should have strong record keeping skills as per RERA.
4. Must prepare sales reports and report to management on inventory unsold, Balances due from customers, handle cancellation documentation and related reporting and follow ups.
5. Handle and track customer mails.
6. Provide professional support to customers on phone and mail 24/7.
7. Must coordinate with top management and across the company and help to execute meetings and events.
8. Must have strong networking skills to push HNI sales.
9. Must travel extensively on personal visits to attend customer sales calls, arrange for site visits and accompany the customer on the same.
