Responsibilities:

2. Client Software Customer Support
3. You will also assist with new software testing and feedback and working with programmers
We are looking for a qualified Technical Support (Remotely) Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
This role will provide you fantastic experience and exposure which is not commonly available in the Indian market.
Must have exposure to an online presentation of software (Video conferencing software like zoom, go to meeting), and client-side troubleshooting. (Remotely).
Must have exposure to troubleshooting in different kind of environment (Like windows, Mac, android, IOS) via TeamViewer or any desk.
Must have experience to organized online video conferencing with clients (at remote location).
