This is a strategic role, requiring an analytical marketer with a genuine passion for CRM and customer data analytics.
This broad role includes planning, executing and measuring customer communication, CRM activities, onsite communication and VIP activities. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the CRM Manager will also be responsible for analyzing customerâ€™s data in order to get insightful and meaningful information to conduct effective CRM campaigns.
Candidate would be responsible for ensuring that all customer journeys and touch points are considered within CRM planning and will have ownership of customer segmentation - ensuring each customer segment is maximized to its full potential.
Planning, develop and implement both short and long term CRM strategy with Development steps, Segmentations, Life time cycles, KPIs, Channel usage, Content and offers.
Ensure that all campaign activity has clearly defined objectives, targets and measures and results are reported promptly.
Align campaign activity with the overall marketing plans to ensure consistency of the customer experience, customer engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Ways to increase conversion of new registrations to new paying customers.
Continually identifying trends and opportunities within the customer data for long-term profitability and customer loyalty.
Mapping and recording of all possible customer journeys and presenting these regularly to Management.
Find and uphold relationships with key VIP players personally or overseeing internal and/or external resources.
Ensure campaign costs are accurately forecasted, managed and kept updated.
