Achieve assigned Box and Revenue targets.
· Generate prospect through suspect calls.
· Identify and penetrate into potential new business / customers to develop new accounts.
· Manage existing customers and penetrate into non – Kyocera Mita account.
· Evaluate customer’s requirements / potential.
· Provide alternative solutions proposals focused on customer’s need.
· Order collection and it’s timely processing for installations.
· Update customers regularly on new product / services.
· Maintain regular contact with customers as per customer care call calendar.
· Implement customer care programs in the field.
· Plan and prioritize improvements in territory and customer coverage.
