• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical products, particularly empty capsules.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Good in CRM and sales force.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the empty capsules market.
