Windows cum IIS Admin (1 Resource with 5+ yrs exp):-

Installing windows.

Trouble shooting at OS level.
Clustering knowledge must.

OS patching/file server/ Software installations.

Manage both DC & DR site.

Vendor coordination for H/W related issues.

NIC team coordination for day to day activities.

Handle day to day activities.

Proactive monitoring and installation for updates to server O/S, such that the O/S always remains current.

Escalation to vendor for incidents and track till resolution.

Timely information and escalation to the customer team.

Responsible for the operation and administration of IIS web servers (complete ownership). For e.g.

IIS Performance optimization / tuning.
