Generate walk-ins through various marketing activities (Posting ads, addressing the web enquiry, E-mailing,
Cold Calling, SMS, Mailers Etc.)
- Meeting the enquiries and counseling the candidates regarding the Modules based on their educational qualification and the Domain experience.
- Convincing the enquiry with an appropriate Module that suits his/ her academic qualification and further enrol for the course.
- To follow up with the enquiries and increase the rate of conversions.
- To handle the walk-in enquiries effectively by regular following up with them for enrolment.
- To meet the Registration / Admission targets for the month.
- To assist the management centre in further collection from the registered candidates.
- Arranging the Real time consultant as per the Modules and arranging the classes.
- To ensure the student - faculty co-ordination till the completion of the course.
- Assist the Placement activates [co-ordination between the student and placement team]
- Forwarding the sample resumes & Sample FQA for preparing for the interviews for the students.
- Taken the initiatives of self study based on the job need and to implement what has been learnt
- Worked towards building and maintaining the brand image of the company
- Updated daily reports to the Reporting manager as per the specified format. Or any report asked as and when needed.
- Maintained and updated the notice board regularly and all the needed registers & files as per the process.
