- Assisting and responding customer queries(Via Phone, Email or Chat) by understanding challenges faced by the customer.
- Understand customer expectation clearly through effective probing.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
