collaborative approach is viewed as core to our future success. Some of the initial responsibilities for a sales executive include:

 Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully sell new business opportunities; build and effectively manage a list of new individuals and new clients to drive business development

 Support marketing manager for Research and prepare annual Regional Marketing Plans and Expenditure budgets

 Sell to healthcare industries like hospitals (small/ medium /Large –corporate), medical/dental /physiotherapy colleges, nursing colleges and coaching institutes.

 Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business

 Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue

 Achieve and exceed quota

 Provide timely and accurate revenue forecast

 Build excellent client relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic input to their business

 Work with research teams to provide client feedback

 Manage CRM database of customer contacts and progress through pipeline development steps

Job Title : Sales & Marketing Executive

Reporting to : Marketing Manager

Experience : Minimum 1 Years

 Liaise with clients (institutions and students) regularly through the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates from enquiry, application, acceptance and commencement

 Organize sales and marketing events of demo classes or events including seminars, interview sessions and exhibitions

 Negotiate investment in sales and marketing activities in line with marketing support guidelines

 Attend and represent Tech2People at industry networking functions

 Research and report on the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns

 Maintain excellent relationships with current clients within Region of Responsibility

 Provide clients with training and ongoing marketing support for new products and destinations launched by Tech2People

 Support operational team to conduct the courses with exisitng as well as new clients.

 First point of contact for all ad-hoc advertising and event sponsorship approaches (i.e. opportunities outside of annual marketing plan) and work with Marketing Manager to decide which opportunities to pursue.

Salary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
