Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Generating Enquiries, specifications freezing, Submission of Quotations, technical and commercial discussion, order closure, payment and sales tax form collection.
The candidate is required to keep track of the lost orders and competitor’s activities. The candidate should have the acumen to be market leader for the region handled.
