1. Attending calls, record maintenance of calls.
2. Taking care of Dispatch of couriers and maintaining records.
3. Managing Front Office Area completely.
4. Ensure cleanliness in the office in co-ordination with Office Admin Deptt.
5. Attending visitors and vendors, directing them to the Concerned member. Arranging their bills and after verification, forwarding the same to Accounts. Maintenance of Visitor's Record,
