Job Description of HR Recruiter
1. To Evaluate and understand job description shared by customers and build proper candidate search and sourcing strategy
2. To recruit suitable candidates for our customers using database, job posting, social networking, people networking skills
3. To Co-ordinate and ensure they attend interviews and join the organization which makes employment offer to candidates
4. To carryout background verification of the candidate.
5. Follow up for payment from client after joining.
