Lead follow-up and closing the leads
Effective implantation of CRM and follow the same.
Follow & evaluate the reporting system
Review reports & initiate correction plan
Achieve productivity Matrix as per the KRAs
Ensure customer Services & Complaint redressal.
Ensure overall performance by penetrating into all the segments of the market.
