- Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company. The main task of the EA will be of following up of pending work of the Boss. Share work load of Boss, Should actively take interest in the activities of the factory and assist Boss in running the company. Skills like Scheduling Meetings, Organizing travel, calls, dictations and typing letters are also must.
- At times an office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin, coordinating.
